Category 1
Booking & Pricing
How do I book a private driver in Cambodia?
Contact us via WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram with your dates, destinations and passenger count. We respond within 2 hours and return a fixed quote within 24 hours. No app to download, no platform commission. You can also use our contact form for longer multi-day inquiries
Are your prices fixed or negotiable?
All quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive — driver, fuel, vehicle, insurance, water and 24/7 WhatsApp support. No surge pricing, no fuel surcharge, no negotiation at the end of the day. Full pricing table on our Fleet & Pricing page
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A small deposit is required to lock the driver and vehicle for your dates — payable by Wing, ABA or bank transfer. The balance is settled at the end of the journey in USD or KHR cash. For short one-way transfers, payment on arrival is usually sufficient with no deposit required
What payment methods do you accept?
USD or KHR cash for the final settlement. Deposits accepted via Wing, ABA bank transfer or international bank transfer. We do not require a credit card and do not store any card details
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No. The quote covers driver, fuel, tolls, parking, water, insurance and 24/7 coordination. Not included by design: hotels, meals, Angkor Pass entrance fees and personal expenses. Anything not in the quote is communicated in advance — never billed as a surprise
Do you offer round-trip discounts?
Round-trip rates and multi-day discounts are available on request — typically when the same driver and vehicle stay with you across consecutive days [À CONFIRMER]. Send us your full itinerary by WhatsApp and we will return a single bundled quote that beats the sum of individual legs

Can I choose a specific vehicle for my trip?
Yes. The Fleet page lets you compare prices side-by-side across the 6 vehicles and 13 destinations. Tell us your preferred vehicle at booking and we confirm availability for your dates. If your first choice is booked, we suggest the closest equivalent
What is the difference between VIP Alphard and Super VIP Alphard?
Both are premium executive vans with leather seats and refined interiors. The VIP Alphard seats 5-6 passengers with full luggage. The Super VIP Alphard is the top-of-the-line — limited to 4 passengers for maximum comfort, with the finest finishings (massage seats, refined cabin space) and a different pricing tier on the Fleet page
Can I change vehicle during a multi-day tour?
Yes. If your group splits or grows along the way — more passengers joining at Siem Reap for example — we can swap the vehicle at any city. The price difference for the remaining days is calculated transparently. Coordinate with your driver via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes. Every vehicle in the fleet is fully air-conditioned, with the temperature set to your preference throughout the journey. Cold bottled water is refilled at every stop
Category 3
Drivers & Languages
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes — professional English is the baseline for every driver. Our team is selected and trained to handle the conversation a traveler needs during a transfer or a full-day tour, from temple history to practical recommendations
Can I request a driver who speaks Chinese, Japanese or French?
Yes. On request at booking, we match you with a driver fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), French, Japanese or Thai. Confirm the language at the quote stage so we can lock the right driver for your dates. WeChat coordination is available for Chinese-speaking guests
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every driver holds a Cambodian commercial driving licence, full passenger insurance and Prakas 100 VTC compliance (the Cambodian VTC regulation). Documents available on request
Can the driver also act as a guide?
For Angkor Wat tours specifically, we pair you with a multilingual guide-chauffeur certified by the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism. For other journeys, your driver shares local insight informally but is not a licensed tour guide. Tell us your needs at booking and we match accordingly. See our dedicated Angkor Wat tours page
What if I'm not satisfied with my driver?
Tell us immediately via WhatsApp. We take feedback seriously and can rotate the driver at the next major city if needed. Customer satisfaction guides every booking, and we would rather adjust on the road than lose your trust. Read more about our team

Airport Transfers
Where do you pick me up at Siem Reap airport (SAI)?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Siem Reap-Angkor International (SAI) holding a personalized sign with your name. We send you the driver photo, name, vehicle and direct WhatsApp contact 48 hours before your flight, so you can reach them the moment you land. Full details on the airport transfers page
What if my flight is delayed?
Flight tracking is included — your driver waits without surcharge for the first 60 minutes after landing. Beyond that, modest waiting fees may apply, always communicated in advance. We monitor your inbound flight automatically and adjust the airport pickup time
Do you offer transfers from Phnom Penh (PNH) and Sihanoukville (KOS)?
Yes. We cover the three Cambodian international airports — SAI in Siem Reap, PNH in Phnom Penh and KOS in Sihanoukville — with the same standard of service and the same fixed pricing model. See full route pricing on the airport transfers page
Can I book a return airport transfer at the same time?
Yes. Booking the outbound and return transfers together secures the same driver if available and slightly reduces overall logistics on our side. Mention both flights in your initial inquiry — including the return flight number for tracking on departure day
Category 5
Angkor Wat & Sightseeing
Do I need to buy the Angkor Pass myself?
The Angkor Pass is purchased on arrival at the official Apsara ticket office in Siem Reap — 1-day $37, 3-day $62, 7-day $72. Your guide-chauffeur drives you there, handles the queue and waits while you complete the on-site photo. Pass cost is never included in tour pricing — payable in USD cash to Apsara
What is the best time to visit Angkor Wat?
Sunrise (around 5:30 to 6:30 AM) is iconic. November to February has the best weather (dry, cool). July to September is lush green but humid. Your guide-chauffeur knows the lesser-known viewing angles for sunrise and sunset that avoid the bus crowds
How long do I need to see Angkor properly?
The Small Circuit half-day covers Angkor Wat, Bayon and Ta Prohm in 4 to 5 hours. A full day adds Preah Khan, Neak Pean and Pre Rup. Three days unlock the hidden temples — Banteay Srei and Beng Mealea. See the four itineraries on our Angkor Wat tours page
Can you arrange sunrise tours of Angkor Wat?
Yes — pre-dawn hotel pickup at 4:30 AM is standard. We arrive at the reflection pool before the bus crowds and your guide-chauffeur knows the quieter viewing positions. Pair with a same-day Small Circuit for the full sunrise experience
Category 6
Multi-Day Tours & Itineraries
What is the minimum number of days for a meaningful Cambodia tour?
Three days is the practical minimum for the Phnom Penh to Siem Reap triangle including an Angkor Wat sunrise. Seven days unlock the Grand Circuit with Battambang and the bamboo train. Ten to fourteen days reach Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri or the islands of Koh Rong. See the four signature itineraries on the multi-day tours page
Can I customize the itinerary as we go?
Yes — total flexibility is the default. Tell your driver or message us via WhatsApp and we re-plan on the spot. Add a day, swap a stop, extend a stay. Pricing for changes is shared transparently before the new segment begins, never billed as a surprise at the end
Do you book hotels and meals?
Hotels are not bundled in the tour price — by design, to keep the quote honest. We share recommended partner hotels across all price ranges for every city on your route. You book directly with the hotel. Meals are your choice; your driver suggests local restaurants and family kitchens along the way
What happens if I want to add destinations mid-trip?
Adjustments are routine. New destinations are quoted transparently before you commit. The driver and vehicle continue with you if the extra days fit their schedule — otherwise we coordinate a smooth handover to another trusted driver at the next major city
Category 7
Practical & Logistics
What is included in the daily rate?
Driver, vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, bottled water, insurance, air-conditioning and 24/7 WhatsApp coordination. Anything else is communicated in advance — no surprise charges at the end of the day
What is NOT included?
Hotels, meals, Angkor Pass entrance fees ($37 / $62 / $72), personal expenses, souvenirs and tips. By design — to keep the quote honest and give you freedom on accommodation and food
Can I bring large luggage or sports equipment?
Yes. Tell us at booking — golf bags, surfboards, musical instruments, oversized cases. We assign the right vehicle (often the Hiace or Starex) and confirm capacity before you pay. For families with strollers or wheelchairs, mention it in your inquiry so we plan accordingly
What if I need an early morning or late-night pickup?
Pre-dawn and late-night pickups are routine — no surcharge. Angkor Wat sunrise departures at 4 AM, post-midnight airport arrivals at SAI or PNH, holiday flights — all handled 24/7
Do you operate during Cambodian holidays and Khmer New Year?
Yes. Service runs 365 days a year, including Khmer New Year (mid-April), Pchum Ben (September-October), Water Festival (November) and Christmas. Confirm your dates early during major holidays as drivers and vehicles book up faster than usual
