Description of services
Cambodia Private Car Services offers private chauffeur services across all 25 provinces of Cambodia with a fleet of six vehicles, ranging from the Toyota Prius to the Super VIP Alphard. Services include airport transfers, hourly hire, full-day charters, multi-day journeys and Angkor Wat private tours. All quotes are transparent and fixed in USD
Booking and payment
Bookings are made by direct conversation via WhatsApp, WeChat or Telegram, or through the contact form on our website. A deposit may be required to lock the driver and vehicle for your dates, payable by Wing, ABA or bank transfer. The balance is settled at the end of the journey in USD or KHR cash. No credit card is required
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-show bookings are charged the full agreed amount [À CONFIRMER]
Limitation of liability
Every vehicle is insured for passengers under Cambodian law (Prakas 100). We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (road closures, weather, civil unrest) or for circumstances outside our reasonable control. Passenger personal belongings remain the passenger's responsibility throughout the journey
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Phnom Penh
